On July 1, the Flip.com website and Flip mobile app will become view-only. This means no new groups or topics can be created, and no new videos can be recorded. This change was not initiated by QU IT, Teaching and Classroom Technology, or QILT. Microsoft’s entire announcement can be read here.
Users can download their own Flip videos from now until September 30.
With the changes coming to Flip, here are resources related to using other technologies the University offers to create Flip-like experiences in your courses, create community, and encourage student peer communication.
