Before using the YuJa Software Capture program (downloaded, not the browser capture studio), check the video and screen recording settings noted below and make sure they’re set correctly.

Screen Recording Settings

1. Click the settings gear icon on the toolbar of the application.

2. Under the “Sources” tab, check that the left and right screen output resolutions are set to 1920x1080, or the closest resolution such as 1920x800, 1920x1200, then select “Save.”

Video Recording Settings

1. Select your webcam/camera from the “Video” dropdown in the YuJa application.
2. Select “Advanced Settings” under the webcam name.

3. Under “Resolution and Quality,” select 1920x1080 or 1280x720 from the list and then select “Save.”

Screen Recording Settings

1. Click the settings gear icon on the toolbar of the application.

2. Select “Sources” and pick either 1280x720 or 1920x1080 from the drop-down for screen capture output resolution. Select “Save” to save.

Video Recording Settings

1. Select your webcam/camera from the “Video” dropdown in the YuJa application.
2. Select “Advanced Options” under the webcam name.

3. Under “Resolution” select 1920x1080 or 1280x720 from the list and then select “OK.”
