Instructors can now collect anonymous or non-anonymous feedback using a graded or ungraded “Survey” quiz type.
Survey quiz types allow the following question types:
- Multiple Choice
- Multiple Answer
- True/False
- Fill-in-the-Blank
- Essay
- File Upload
In the Quizzes area of your Canvas course, use the blue “+ Quiz/Survey” button. Under the “Quiz Type” drop-down, select either a “Graded Survey” or “Ungraded Survey” and build the survey.
