- Migration to Canvas for Summer 2025 courses was voluntary.
- Migration to Canvas for Fall 2025 is voluntary, switching from a by-course opt-in model to a by-program opt-in model. The change is designed to streamline the migration process and enhance the overall teaching and learning experience within programs. It will also help QILT better support you and your faculty during the migration. E-mail communications were sent to school leadership, department chairs, and program directors on March 14 informing them of this change and action steps. This change does not impact opted-in Summer 2025 Canvas courses. If a faculty member is teaching in Canvas in Summer 2025, their insights and experiences could be leveraged to support their program’s broader transition.
