QILT Informal Quality Matters Review QILT offers an informal Quality Matters review for instructors interested in examining their course using the QM framework. Learning designers who have completed Quality Matters' Applying the QM Rubric training review the course using the Quality Matters Standards for Course Design Rubric.

Quality Matters Certification An informal QILT review is separate from official Quality Matters certification. Formal certification requires a designated Quality Matters course review to determine whether a course meets the required QM standards.
