By hiding unpublished assignments from your Canvas Gradebook, you’ll see fewer columns and be able to tell at-a-glance what is published and visible to students!

Follow the steps below to hide unpublished assignments from your Gradebook:

1. Open your Canvas course and select Grades from the course navigation.

2. Select the settings gear from the top right of the Gradebook.

3. Select “View Options” (1), then uncheck “Unpublished Assignments” (2), and select the blue “Apply Settings” button (3) to save.
