Over time, sandbox courses can stack up. If you have ones you no longer need, it’s a good idea to clean things up by deleting them!
To delete sandbox courses, follow the steps below:
- On your Canvas Dashboard, select the sandbox you would like to delete.
- In the course navigation, select “Settings,” which is located at the bottom.
- Once the settings window opens, select “Delete this Course.”
If you don’t see the “Delete this Course” option: please fill out our Canvas Request Form and indicate which courses you would like deleted.
- 🛑 STOP! 🛑 Double-check that you are in the correct course you would like to delete by checking the course name in the top left corner (1). If yes, select “Delete Course” (2). If no, select “Cancel” (3).
- When deletion is complete, you will be taken back to your Canvas Dashboard.
